Dealt with Sean over the phone I'm building a keezer and Sean was very professional and helpful I also dealt with another associate who's name I unfortunately cannot recall but was treated with the same professionalism and even patiently answered my questions giving me insight into my project very pleased with the customer service cannot wait to receive the product as I'm sure it will be an excellent experience such as the purchase was!!!!
